Search for valid GRASS GIS installation(s) on Unix (Linux/macOS)

Strategy: 1) Prefer `grass –config path` (returns GISBASE on modern GRASS) 2) Fallback: locate candidates under common roots (/usr/lib, /usr/local/lib, /opt)
